Flexible Conveyors
Flexible conveyors has the ability to handle the widest range of material particle sizes, bulk densities and variety flow properties. This flexible conveyor system and equipment now to be the leading edge of conveyor technology.
The flexible conveyor can do the any-angles transfer, in the horizontal direction, vertical direction, oblique line, arc line etc, there are no bearings and other motion part, so that the conveyor to be reliable and almost no need to maintenance, no problems of lubrication oils for bearings to lead the contamination to the transfer materials.
Conveyor configurations
Maximum length is typically 15 metres for material bulk density 0.6kg/litre and may be increased or decreased inversely with bulk density.
Vertical installations are generally limited to 6 metres.
